At Wocastore.nl, we take great care in processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible. We deliver throughout the Netherlands and worldwide.

Shipping Costs – Netherlands

The following rates apply to standard parcel deliveries within the Netherlands:

Free shipping on orders of €100 or more applies to standard parcel deliveries within the Netherlands only. Large, heavy or oversized shipments requiring special transport are excluded from this offer.

Worldwide Shipping

Wocastore.nl ships worldwide!

In addition to the Netherlands and Belgium, we deliver to customers throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

International shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, dimensions and required transport method.

Additional shipping charges may apply to islands, remote locations and destinations requiring special transportation arrangements.

If shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically during checkout, please contact us for a personalised shipping quotation.

Shipping Outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees may apply.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pallet Delivery & Special Transport

Some products cannot be shipped using standard parcel services due to their weight, size or fragile nature.

For these orders, we arrange pallet delivery or specialised transport.

Standard pallet delivery within the Netherlands costs €100 per pallet.

For international pallet shipments or special transport requirements, we can provide a separate quotation.

If additional shipping charges apply that were not calculated during checkout, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Products in stock can generally be dispatched promptly. Actual delivery times depend on product availability, destination and the shipping carrier.

Special-order products and international shipments may require additional delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information whenever available.

Order Collection

You are also welcome to collect your order from our premises by appointment.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We believe it is important that our customers understand their rights and the return procedure before making a purchase.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please send an email to [email protected].

We recommend including your name, order number and the products you wish to return.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This may apply, for example, to products manufactured according to your personal specifications, custom-made items or products covered by another applicable legal exception.

Where a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, we will indicate this in advance where applicable, either on the product page or during checkout.

Please note that a product ordered specifically from a supplier is not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal for that reason alone.

Condition of Returned Products

We kindly ask you to handle received products with care.

You may inspect a product in the same way you would normally be allowed to do in a physical shop.

Where reasonably possible, we recommend returning products in their original packaging, properly protected against damage.

Extra care should be taken when returning oils, lacquers and other liquid maintenance products to prevent leakage or damage during transport.

If a product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction may be made for any resulting loss in value.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning products when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend packaging returns securely and keeping proof of shipment.

For large or heavy products that cannot be returned by standard parcel post, higher return transport costs may apply. Please contact us in advance for information about the available options and estimated costs.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us. We will assess the situation in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty rules.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from your entire order, the original standard delivery charges will also be refunded. This may not apply when only part of an order is returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
